Verdone Non FIltrato is an extra virgin olive oil produced directly in our oil mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is a 100% Italian oil, obtained by pressing olives exclusively from the Capalbio area. It is an unfiltered oil, therefore it remains cloudy and on the bottom you can find organic deposit that denotes the quality of the product.
Taste:
Mildly fruity, cloudy unfiltered. Very bitter and moderately spicy.

Conservation
The ideal storage temperature is between 12 and 15 °C, away from direct light and heat sources. We recommend tightly closing the cap to avoid contact with the air and thus premature oxidation of the product.
